DUTCHOGUE, LONG ISLAND, N. Y,
Jan. 17~ 1967 Meeting
A meeting of the Cutchogue-New Suffolk Park Commission was
held on the above date at the home of prank B. Rogers at 4:30 ~.M.
Commissioners Corwin Grathwohl, Prank B.Hogers and Robert
Rehmwere present.
Robert Rehm stated he had taken the oath of office on Jan. 15,
1967 at the Southold Town Clerk, s office, Southolde
The minutes of the previous meeting were read.
Treasurer Frank B. Hogers reported a balance of $2,018.32 in
the Regular Aecount and $119.90 in the Special Account.
Attorney Richard Cron of Cutchogue, L.I. was named to serve
as Attorney for the Park Commission for the year 1967.
Frances V. Rogera was appointed to serve as Clerk to the Park
Commission for 1967 at a yearly salary of $300.00.
The North Fork Bank & Trust Company of Cut3hogue was named
as deposito~ry for all funds received by the Park Commission for
the year 1907.
The approval of bond for the Treasurer was signed by all t~e
Commissioners and the Clerk was instructed to file same with the
8outh&ld Town Clerk. Copy of the policy also filed with the Town
Clerk.
Corwin Grathwohl stated Fred Kaelin had requested a bill for
the damage done at the Beach in the 1966 season. Clerk was asked
to make up the bill and take it to Mr. Kaelin.
A letter from the Cutchogue Chamber of Commerce dated Dec. 31,
1966 was read. Letter requested purchase of property on the Sound
Shore for the use of the residents of the district. Letter discussed.
No action taken. Letter had originally beens ent to the Supervisor
who sent it to the Park Commissioners.
The f ollowin~ bill was a~dited and approved for payment~
Fred Kaelin-~13.00 for Bond of Treasurer for 1967.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
