Meeting A Meeting of the Cutchogue-N®w Suffolk Park Commission was held on the above date at 7:30 P. M. at the home of Frances V. Rogers, Clerk. Commissioners Patrick Gormen, Robert Rehm and Mrs. Annette Fogarty were present. Mrs. Annette Fogarty stated she had taken the oath of office on Jan. 2, 1909. The minutes of the previous meeting were re~d. Duly nominated and elected to the respective offices for the year 1959 were: Chairman- Patrick Gorman, Depot Lane, Cutchogue, N.Y. Treasurer- Robert Rehm, Nassau Point, Cutchogue, N.Y. Secretary- Mrs. Annette Fogarty, New Suffolk, N.Y. The approval of bond for the Teeaeurer was signed by all the Commissioners and the Clerk was instructed to file same with the Town Clerk with the copy of the bond for 1969 in the name of Robert Rehm as Treasurer. Bond to be l~enewed by Fred Kaolin, Insurance Agent of Cutchogue. Attorney Richard Cron was appointed to serve as Attorney for the year 1969. Frances V. Rogers was appointed to serve as Clerk for 1969 at a yearly salary of $400. The North Fork Bank & Trust Company was named as depos~itory for all funds to be received by the Park Commission in 1969. A financial statement prepared by Frank B. Rogers, four Treasurer, was read by the Clerk as follows: Balance on Hand Jan. 1, 1968 ~ax Levy $2,173.10 N.Y.S. Dept. Taxation 16.87 N.Y.S. Dept. Y. 11935 Jan. 15, 1969 Acopy of the financial statement has been filed with the Town Clerk at Southold. The Annual Report to the Dept. of Audit & Control has been completed by former Treasurer Frank Rogers and mailed to the State on Jan. 9, 1969. A bill from the L.I. Traveler fox $7.U0 for printing 290 ballots was audited and approved for payment. Chairman Patrick Gorman stated he had made arrangements te hold future meetings at t~e Cutchogue Fire House. The Third Friday of each month will be available for the Park Commission meetings, if necessary. A meeting will be held at the Fire House on Jan. 17th. at ~:30 P.M. The clerk was instructed to order 3 copies of the latest supplements to the Town Laws, to also request all new supple- ments to be sent to the Park Commission in the future.
