Description: This application is for site plan and special exception consideration to
affix public utility wireless antenna at a height of 75 feet to the outside of
an existing 100’ foot flag pole and install related equipment on the ground
at the premises located on a 3.8 acre parcel 400 feet east of Lipco Road
in the LI Zoning District.
Status: Site Plan and Special Exception
Action: Applicant’s representative requests a meeting to up-date the Planning
Board on the status of the landscaping.
