Eastern Daylight Saving Time, at the American Legion Building, 600 Wickham Avenue, Mattituck, New York, for the purpose of voting on the proposed budget for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1980. Polls will be kept open from 7:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. Eastern Daylight Saving Time.
