interior or comer lot.
Please see Building permit number 18122(9 :r 4 I .... '~ ~==d iL) issued on
May 18, 1990. We have not y~t requested a certifiicate of Occupany for the
new deck as the hot tub installation is not yet completed. While building the
new deck we were not happy with condition of the old dehk (non - pressure treated
lumber etm) and we plan to reglace the posts and flooring and then build a roof
over it with screened in sides. We will then apply for our Certificate of
Occupancy for both projects at the same time.
