11542 (hereinafter referred to as "Grantor*'), and GAIL KEMPTON, having an address at 22

DOLLARS and other valuable consideration, thc receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, docs hereby grant and release unto Grantee and the heirs, executors,
