RE: Master Plan Map
Dear Sir:
I own property at 405 Kerwin Boulevard, Greenport,
tax map #1000-53-2-6. The property is now zoned "B" business
although property in surrounding area is zoned "C" commercial.
Under the proposed Master Plan Map, my property would be changed
to "Light Industry". I favor this change of zoning and hope the
Planning Board follows the recommendation.
