To the Planning Board,
Re; Master Plan
I'm voicing my o~inion over the proposed change on my
property, (S.C. Maps ~ 113-12-11, Swiss 473889, Roll Section
1, COS-311 acres. 92 mill road. tax code 130).
I feel you are not taking into consideration any future
p~ans I and other property owners may have. When we purchased
the land, we speculated its use for business, If you will
notice, there are several business located in this area. It
seems rather ridiculous to split the business area and anti-
capate people wanting to build a residential section across
the street from a large mall or other businesses.
While it is true we need more low income houses, so it
is true we need factories and large businesses to keep people
(middle income) in the area. We cannot solely depend on
wealthy people to fill our lands with Condos and pay taxes
to cover the costs of the elderly and oppressed.
If you left the land open to the business minded and
tried twice as hard to attract large factories or other
businesses, you would up the income of the land tax and help
the everyday people with decent jobs.
I urge you to reconsider your proposed change from business
to residential.
Very Truly,
