2/8/08 in Libor 12540 page 163 in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk {as to tax lot 3) and by deed
dalcd 12/16t07 and recorded on 2/8/08 in Libor 12540 page 168 in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk (as to tax lot 4)
TOGETHER with all right, title and interesl, if any, of the pony of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the paay of the first pan in and to
said premises,
TO HA VE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first pan, covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
