WITNE$SETH, that the party of the first part, without consideration, does hereby grant and reiease unto the party
of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

Suzanne W. Persons in and to such premises by deed, dated November~6,2010, and intended to be recorded

pad will receive the consideralion for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such conslderalion as a

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Fishers Island,
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a stone monument at the intersection of the northwesterly line of The
Gloaming and the northeasterly line of Orientat Avenue, said monument being 903.74 feet
North of a point which is 890.53 feet West of another monument marking the U.S. Coast
and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station ~PROS"; and
RUNNING THENCE North 46 degrees 10 minutes 40 seconds West, 192.42 feet to
another monument, abutting southwesterly on Oriental Avenue;
THENCE North 44 degrees 14 minutes 30 seconds East, 414.95 feet to another
monument, abutting northwesterly on land now or formerly of John McHugh;
THENCE continuing North 44 degrees 14 minutes 30 seconds East, 136.41' feet to another
monument, abutting northwesterly on other lands of the party of the first part to be
conveyed to the party of the second part;
THENCE South 19 degrees 22 minutes 20 seconds East, 244.92 feet to a point;
THENCE South 6 degrees 11 minutes 10 seconds East, 184.97 feetto another monument,
