erected, situate, lying and being at Fishers Island, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the northeasterly ~ine of a right of way, said
monument being located 1875.68 feet North of a point which is 1003.12 feet West of
another monument marking the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangutation
Station "PROS"; and
RUNNING THENCE along said right of way the following three i3) courses and distances:
1. North 50 degrees 23 minutes 15 seconds West, 103.77 feet;
North 38 degrees 29 minutes 45 seconds East, 35.67 feet to a concrete monument;
and
3. South 54 degrees 59 minutes 30 seconds East, 118.17 feet;
THENCE South 56 degrees 00 minutes 11 seconds West, 47~17 feet to the concrete
monument set on said northeasterly line of said right of way at the point or place of
