WITNESSETH, that the phrty of the first part, in consideration often dollars and other valuable consideration paid by
the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and
being in the at Peconic, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNiNG at a point on the northwesterly line of Leslie's Road North 37 degrees 42 minutes 40 seconds East 158.33
feet from a monument on the said northwesterly line of Leslie's Road marking the southwesterly comer of land of Edwin
Walter Koraleski and wife; from said point of beginning running along the said northwesterly line of Leslie's Road two
courses as follows: (1) North 37 d.egrees 42 minutes 40 seconds East 131.96 feet; (2) North 45 degrees 41 minutes 00
seconds East 207.51 feet to the westerly 1ine of Indian Neck Lane; running thence along land of the Lucas Pontino Estate
South 83 degrees 11 minutes 20 seconds West 457.28 feet to a monument and land of Rose Koraleski; running thence'
along the said land of Rose Koraleski South 21 degrees 46 minutes 50 seconds East 51.76 feet; running thence North 83
degrees 11 minutew 20 seconds East 141.20 feet, said course being parallel to the third course mentioned herein and at
all times 50.00 feet southerly thereof when measured at right angles thereo; running thence South 21 degrees 46 minutes
50 seconds East 176.39 feet to the said nohhwesterly line of Leslie's Road at the point of BEGINNING.
This is a Correction Deed to correct the description in deed dated January 20, 1973 recorded in Libor 7328 Page 30./
TOGETI~ER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and ail the estate
and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted
unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the tn'st part
will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to
be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the
cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose. The word "party" shall be
construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
