BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Seaweed Drive distant 550 feet northerly from the comer formed by the
intersect/on of the westerly side of Seaweed Drive with the northerly side of Seaweed Drive said point of beginning is
also where the division line of Lots 28 and 27 on said Map intersects the westerly side of Seaweed Drive;
RUNNING THENCE along said division line North, 63 degrees 21 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 125.00 feet
to land of Harold Reese Jr.;
RUNNING THENCE along land of Harold Reese Jr. North 26 degrees 39 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 100.00
feet to Lot 26 on said map;
RUNNING THENCE along the division line of Lots 27 and 26, South 63 degrees 21 minutes 00 seconds East a distance

AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first part
will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to
be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the
cost of the improvement before usir[g any part of the total of the same for any other purpose. The word "party" shall be
construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
