release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part
forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and impr6vements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being at Southold, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York.
SEE SCHEDULE 'A' ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated 11/29/88
and recorded on 12/6/88 in Liber 10752, Page 259.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to
said premises,
TO HA VEAND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party &the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part, covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will
apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part &the total &the same
for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.

erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, known and designated as Lot No. 5 on a certain map entitled, "Map of South Harbor Homes",
and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on July 14, 1964, as Map No. 4096,
said lot being more particularly bounded and described according to said map as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Grange Road where the same is intersected by the
division line between Lots 4 and 5 on said map, said point also being distant 355.00 feet westerly, as
measured along the northerly side of Grange Road from the westerly and of the curve which
connects the said northerly side of Grange Road with the westerly side of Bayview Road; and from
said point of beginning;
Running thence along the northerly side of Grange Road, South 85 degrees 09 minutes 50 seconds
West 100.00 feet to the division tine between Lots 5 and 6 on said map;
Thence along said division line, North 4 degrees 50 minutes 10 seconds West 184.55 feet to land of
