office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk at Liber 11931 cp. 428,
SAID Premises being also known as 1705 Founders Path, Southold, New York
SAID Premises being also known as Suffolk Courtly Tax Map Dislrict 1000, Section 064.00 Block 04.00 Lot 0 i 3.000
TOGETHER with all right, tide and interest, if any, of thc party of thc first part in and to any streets and roads abutting
the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of the parly of the first pa~ m and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted
unto the parry of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the fast part has not done or suffered anything whereby the
