of the first part in and m said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second
part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said
premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, hereby covenants that the party of the first part
will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be

thereon erected, situate, lying and being at Arshamamoque, in the Town of Southhold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lots Numbered
89, 90, 91 and 92 on a certain Map entitled "Map showing Subdivision of Property
known as Summer Haven, belonging to William G. Herx, near Southhold", and filed
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office July 5, 1933 as Map No. 1133, said Lots when
taken together are more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the Northeasterly side of Bayview Road, where the
same is intersected by the division line between Lots Nos. 88 and 89 on said Map;
RUNNING THENCE North 37 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds West, along the
Northeasterly side of Bayview Road 100.00 feet;
THENCE North 52 degrees 30 minutes 30 seconds East, 150.00 feet;
THENCE South 37 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds, East 100.00 feet;
