tn pursuance of a judgment granted at a Special Term Part 30 of the Supreme Court
on January 28, 2009, and in consideration of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTEEN THOUSAND AND
00/100 ($118,000.00) DOLLARS paid by Grantee, being the highest sum bid at the sale under said
judgment does hereby grant and convey unto the Grantee, all the right, titl~ and interest of the
