HomeMy WebLinkAboutMPD-11/02/1995Minutes of the regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Mattituck Park District held on November 2, 1995 a the Park District Office on Main Road, Mattituck, with all Commissioners, Adams, Sabat and Goehringer, Treasurer Cushman, and Secretary Haas, present. Chairman Adams called the meeting to order. On motion of Gerard Goehringer, seconded by Peter Sabat, and carried, the minutes of the previous meeting were approved as presented. Nine 80.00 NYNEX 4A. 54 Postmaster 24.00 Raynor-Suter Hardware Inc. 132.80 The State Insurance Fund 2408.93 Tand¥ PLumbing & Heating 270.00 North Fork WeLding & Steel Inc. 67.~ Wickhaa, Wickhae & BressLer, P.C. 3047.68 Chairman Adams reported that at the October 18th meeting at the Breakwater regarding surplus stone, the Commissioners desire was to d%l~p any of the stone along where the telephone poles are. Jim Cox, custodian, wants a small amount of stone to put in the bulkhead at the Yacht Club. Commissioners agreed, but Mr. Cox was warned not to overload the truck. Steve Pawliks estimate for the Yacht Club and Vets Park bulkheading is $2,850. Co~%missioners reported Wolf Pit Lake having plenty of water. On motion of Gerry Goehringer, seconded by Peter Sabat and carried the following resolution was adopted: RESOLVED that the following modifications be made to the budget: To: Revenues: Appropriated Fund Balance $4,624.00 Appropriations: From: Supplies & Materials - $1500.00 Site Maintenance 2500.00 Legal Counsel 600.00 Miscellaneous 24.00 Chairman Adams stated that the December meeting would be held on December 21st, 1996 in conjunction with the election of a Commissioner for a three year period to succeed Gerard Goehringer whose term expires December 31, 1995. Bonnie Adams and Judy Thilberg to be asked to serve as Inspectors of Election. No further business to come before the meeting, the meeting was adjourned. Respectfully submitted, Secretary 13-pkminits
