Mattituck Park District h~l~ on Ocfob~r 8. 1998 at the Park District
Office, Main Road, Mattituck, New York, with all Commissioners, Edward
Adams° ~alter Sabat and Gerard Goehringer, pre~nt, together with John
Cushman, Treasurer, and Hadeline Haas, S~cretary. Also present was Ga~l
~ickhamo Park District Attorney, James Cox, Park Nanagez, and Russell
Nine of Nattituck ~outh Activities.

On motion of Gerard Goehringar, s~conded by Edward Adams,
carried, the following resolution vas approved:
RESOLYED, that the 1998 budBet be modified a~ follows:
Take from Site Improvements 97,000.00 and from
Equipment 82,000.00 and
allot it to Beach Attendant Payroll $2,900.00,

and
On motion of Walter Sabat, ~econded b.v Gei-ard Goehringer and
carried, Gall Faircloth is to be paid $.30 per mile for the use of her
car for insl~otions of the sites.
A letter was read from the North Fork Soccer League thanking the
Commi~sionel~ for their suDDort for the ~a~t ~m:~er season.
A letter was read from Sacred I{eart C.¥.O. asking for a donation to
the C.¥.0 ~sketb&ll organization. ~cretary to repl~ that the Park
District's By Laws P~ohibit donations.

Gaz~ia a~d I~u~ell Nin~ am ths only a~tiwe membez~ of th~ organization.
Attorney Gal! ~ickha~ is to look up the l~a~e that the District ha~ with
the ~lattituck Youth Aotiwities. I~u~ll Nine inform~ the Commi~ion~x~
that the in~uran~-~ and el~tricity for the Scoutez~' I~dge are paid by
t~ Mattituck Park District.

Commissioner ezpirss on D~cemher 31. 1998. Election for filling ~ame
to be held on November 19. 1998 at 7:00 P.M. Bonnie Adams and Judy
Thilberg arc to be Insp=ctors of Election.
