To Whom It May Concern:
I am the New York attorney representing the owner premises designated on the Suffolk County
Tax Map as District 1000 - 035 - 02 - 001.000 and 011.000. My client obtained title from
Floyd F. King, Jr. The deed by which Floyd F. King, Jr. took title was recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 4221 page 436. That deed makes no mention of being
conveyed subject to a fight of way but rather sates as follows:
TOGETHER with a right of way over a strip of land 20 feet in width on land
now or formerly of said Herbert Fordham; the easterly line of said right of way
being the westerly line of the premises herein described and extending from the
northerly line of said North Road northerly 2085.65 feet to the southerly line of
certain farm land hereby to be conveyed.
In addition I had caused a title search to be done of this property which was completed on July
24, 1996. Said title report makes no mention of either parcel being subject to a fight of way.
