AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration

particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point located on the easterly side of Love Lane distant
North 31 degrees 19 minutes 20 seconds West, 181.16 feet from the
intersection of the northerly side of Main Road (State Route 25) with the
easterly side of Love Lane, North 31 degrees 19 minutes 20 seconds West a
distance of 48.70 feet to land formerly of Schenone;
RUNNING THENCE along said land formerly of Schenone, North 69 degrees
