THiS INDENTURE, made as of the ~{ day of August, 2010

JEAN MARIE KONKEL, surviving tenant by the entirety of William Konkel, who died a resident
of Suffolk County on July 16, 1992, residing at 7405 Main Road, Mattituck, New York 11952,
party of the first part, and
WILLIAM O. KONKEL JR., as Trustee of the Jean Marie Konkel Trust dated August ~ I,
2010, residing at 5 Chasso Court, Dix Hills, New York 11946, respectively, party of the second part,
WiTNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten and 00/100--($10.O0)--dollars, and other
good and va{uable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the
party of the second pad, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
SEE SCHEDULE "A" ATTACHED HERETO
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first pad in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same
first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
purpose The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" when ever the sense of this indenture so
requires.

Beginning at a point on the north side of the Main Road or Kings Highway, ath the
southeast comer of property of George Tuthill, thence northerly 150 feet along the
easterly boundary of property of George Tuthill; thence easterly 50 feet along land of
party of the first part; thence southerly 150 feet along land of the party of the first part;
thence westerly 50 feet on the north side of Main Road or Kings Highway to the point or
place of beginning.
BEGINNING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the
first part by deed dated August 5, 1950 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the
