"All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements
thereon erected, situate, lying and being at Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot Number 17 on a map
entitled "Map of Village Manor at Mattituck", Town of Southotd, Suffolk County, New
York, surveyed July 23, 1962 by Otto Van Tuyl and Son, Greenport, New York, and filed
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on October 24, 1962 as Map #3669, bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the most Southwesterly corner of said Lot 17;
