DEED DESCRIPTION
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements
thereon erected, situate, being and being at Southold, Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point formed by the intersection of the northeasterly line of
Osseo Avenue and the southeasterly line of Owaissa A.venue;
THENCE running North 23 degrees 25minutes East 130 feet by and along
Owaissa Avenue to a point;
THENCE South 47 degrees 14 minutes East 99.45 feet to a point;
THENCE southwesterly 118.5 feet by and along property of Mrs. Albert S. Knapp
to a point;
THENCE North 54 degrees 34 minutes West 42 feet by and along the northerly
line of Osseo Avenue to the point and place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with any and all rights to use of roadways and beaches above mean
high water, jointly owned by the Laughing Water Property Owners Association, or used
jointly by all Laughing Water property owners.-
Said premises being known as and by 70 Owaigsa Avenue, Southold, New York
11971.
Being the same premises conveyed by Elaine B. PaUerson as Executrix of the
Estate of Frank A. De Phillips to Elaine B. Patterson by deed dated September 29, 1984
