Location: The open space area of the property is located on Bergen Avenue,
Mattituck. The residential lots are located off Stanley Road.
Description: This 27-lot subdivision was approved in 2006 and contains 23 acres of
open space protected by a Planning Board covenant.
Status: Final Approval Standard Subdivision
Action: Review proposal for improvements to the open space area.

Location: 150 Bergen Avenue, at the intersection of Bergen Avenue and Sound

Description: This site plan is for additions & alterations to an existing winery on a 5.6
acre parcel in the A-C Zone located.

Location: 535 Pike Street, on the north side of Pike street, approximately 100 feet

Description: This site plan is for the proposed construction of a 2,573 s.f. mix-use
building consisting of 3 units on the first floor for retail use, 2 at 554 s.f.
each and another at 1,200 s.f. and 2 residential apartments on the
second floor, 554 s.f. each. In addition, there is an existing 605 s.f.
building proposed as a retail use on an 11,561 s.f. parcel located in
Mattituck.

Description: This site plan is to convert an existing 1,950 sq. ft. gas

add a 685 sq. ft. addition, having a 2,635 sq. ft. building on a 24,829 sq.
ft. parcel in the Business Zone.

Description: This proposed standard subdivision is for 3 lots on 6.81 acres where Lot
1 = 92,332 sq. ft., Lot 2 = 124,679 sq. ft., inclusive of the 25' wide right-
of-way, and Lot 3 = 80,000 sq. ft.

Description: This proposed lot line change will transfer 3,887 s.f. (the flagpole) of
SCTM#1000-45-2-17.1 to SCTM#1000-145-2-17.2. Lot 17.1 will
decrease from 30,235 s.f. to 26,348 s.f., and Lot 17.2 will increase from
22,457 s.f. to 26,344 s.f. An area variance from the ZBA was granted in
2006 for Lot 17.1 to become more non-conforming in the R-40 zone.
