ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Bayview,
Town of Southhold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and
designated as Lot 12 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Section One, Paradise
Point at Bayview" filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on 4/11163 as Map
Number 3761 and Lot No. 12A on a certain map entitled, "Minor Subdivision
made for Paradise Point Corporation, Paradise Point, Southold, New York" said
lots 12 and 1ZA when taken together are more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument set at the corner formed by the intersection of the
southwesterly side of Briar Lane and the northwesterly side of Robinson Road;
RUNNING THENCE southwesterly along said northwesterly side of Robinson
Road, south 46 degrees 55 minutes 50 seconds west 46.64 feet to a monument
and along an arc of a carve bearing to the right having a radius of 150 feet a
distance of 162.08 feet to a monument and the southeast corner of the drain
area as shown on said filed map;
THENCE north 09 degrees ;40 minutes 50'seconds 50 seconds e~st along the:
easterly side of the drain area, 123.14 feet to a monument and land now or
