BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Stars Road at the Southwest corner of the
herein described premises where the ~ame is intersected by the northerly side of Lot
10 on the aforesaid map; said point or place of beginning being also distant the
following three courses and distances from the corner formed by the intersection of
the northerly side of Main Road with the easterly side of Stars Road:
1. Northerly along the easterly side of Stars Road' 387.89 feet;
2. Westerly 20.04 feet;
3. Northe[ly along the easterly side' of Stars Road 1160.10 feet to the point or place
of beginning.
RUNNING THENCE from said true point or.place of beginning North I0 degrees 17 minutes
20 seconds West 69.14 feet to the southerly side of Lot 11;
THENCE along the southerly side of Lot.Il North 79 degrees 42 minutes 40 seconds East
194.95 feet;

unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of th, second part forever.
AND the party of thc first part, in comphance with Scetion'l 3 of thc Lien Law, hereby covenants that thc party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive sui:h consideration as a trust
fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the
payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be eonsmaed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
