chairman at 8.15
~inutes of last meeting were read and approved.
Motion made,seconded and carried that the following
bills be paid:'~.Hanssnj~2.00;L.I.Lighting Co.$12.51 and
Gildersleeve Bros. $5.60~ G.H.Uickham $48.1g; Geo.L.Penny
The ~reasurer reported that an audit of the District
accounts had been made by an auditor from the State Oontroller's
Dept.,who had pointed out a ntlmber of mntters that had not been
complied with strictly accordin~ to the law. One being that our
money set aside in a sinking fund was not,properly speaking,a
sinking fund,but a reserve fund. A motion was made,seconded, and
carried to have the hank account chan~ed to read I{eser~e Ftmd.

interview Attorney ~enry ~asker regarding other pointsbrough% up
by the auditor.
