THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION NO. 2010-838 WAS
ADOPTED AT THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE SOUTHOLD TOWN BOARD ON
OCTOBER 19, 2010:
RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby authorizes and directs
Supervisor Scott A. Russell to execute and authorizes him to sign a change order to the
agreement between the Town of Southold and General Code Publishers Corporation in
connection with the Mnnicity Contract in the mount of $25,500., all in accordance with the
approval of the Town Attorney.

Notes: Please note the following caveats:
Integration and customization includes accommodation of Greenport and Southold data.
Due to difference in network configurations, some functionality including Laserfiche integration and
Outlook synchronization will not be available for Greenport. Further research will be needed to mak
these available.
Due to original contract MSAP charges - support questions are expected to come from centralized
Southold location.
Timeline: This service will be provided within 90 days from receipt of the signed Change Order.

50% on receipt of signed change order.
50% on delivery.
The above prices and specifications of the Change Order are satisfactory and are hereby accepted. All wor~
is to be performed under the same terms and conditions as specified in the original contract unless
