Status:Approved Site Plan Action:Review the As-Built Plan Attachments:Staff Report 67 Steps Vineyard (JEMCO) Project name:SCTM#: 1000-35-1-24 Location:825 Main Road, Greenport Description:This site plan is for construction of an 8,419 sq. ft. building with associated parking for the purpose of a retail winery on 60.33 acres located in the R-80 Zoning District. Status:Site Plan Review Action:Review Staff Report and Site Plan. Attachments:Staff Report Cutchogue/New Suffolk Historical Project name:SCTM#: 1000-109-5-6.1 Council Location:27320 Main Road, on the s/w/c/o Main Road and Case’s Lane, Cutchogue Description:This site plan is for the construction of a 660 sq. ft. storage building on a 1.38 acre parcel owned and operated by the Cutchogue/New Suffolk Historical Council. Status:New Site Plan Action:Review Staff Report. Staff recommends for the PB to formally accept the application for review and begin referral process. Attachments:Staff Report FIDCO/Ferguson Museum/Harris Project name:SCTM#: 1000-7-1-6.1, 7 & 2.10 Location:(no #) private road off of East End Road, Fishers Island Description:This proposed lot line change/re-subdivision will transfer a 15,145 sq. ft. portion of FIDCO Lot 38-1 (SCTM#1000-7-1-6.1) to FIDCO Lot 38-2 (SCTM#1000-7-1- 7). FIDCO Lot 38-1 will decrease in size from 2.06 acres to 1.71 acres and FIDCO Lot 38-2 will increase in size from 1.62 acres to 1.97 acres. Further, FIDCO Lot 38-7 (SCTM#1000-7-2-10) will transfer 11,640 sq. ft. to FIDCO Lot 38-2 (SCTM#1000-7). With this second transfer, FIDCO Lot 38-2 will increase in total size from 1.62 acres to 2.24 acres. FIDCO Lot 38-7 will decrease in size from 7.51 acres to 7.24 acres in the R-120 Zoning District. Status:Conditional Sketch Approval Action:Schedule site visit. Proposed Lot 1 will total 21,288 sq. ft. (.4887 acres). Proposed Lot 2 will total 62,401 sq. ft. (1.4325 acres) and Proposed Lot 3 will have a Reserved Area which will total 27,635 sq. ft. (.6344 acres) and a Preserved Area with the Development Rights sold which will total 456,977 sq. ft. (10.4908 acres) in the A-C Zoning District. Status:Awaiting Sketch Approval Action:Review comments from referring agencies. Attachments:Staff Report Demchak, Michael - Conservation Project name:SCTM#: 1000-84-1-11 & 12.1 Subdivision/ ODA Location:14380 Oregon Road, Cutchogue Description:This is a proposed 5-lot 75/75 conservation subdivision on 33.9890 acres in the A-C Zoning District as the first step in creating an Open Development Area (ODA). Lot 1= 66,728 s.f., Lot 2=77,348 s.f., Lot 3=60,213 s.f., Lot 4=111,450 s.f. where 44,768 s.f. are clustered subdivision open space & Lot 5=1,161,821 s.f. where the Development Rights will be sold to the Town of Southold.
