WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other lawful
consideration, lawful money of the United States, paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and
release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part
forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being at Southold, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York.
SEE SCHEDULE 'A' ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated 5/11/93
and recorded on 5/20/93 in Liber 11629, page 885.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to
said premises,
TO HA VE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second pan forever.
AND the party of the first part, covenants that the party of the first pan has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will
apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any pan of the total of the same
for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year first

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements
thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County,
New York, known and designated as Lots Nos. Sixteen (16), Seventeen (17)and
Eighteen (18) in Block D, as shown on a certain map made July 22, 1930, by Daniel
R. Young, P.E. & L.S., entitled, "Map of Reydon Shores, Inc., Bayview, L.I., N.Y.,
in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, N.Y.," and filed in the Office of the Clerk
of the County of Suffolk, Riverhead, New York, on July 1, 1931, as Map No. 631,
and being more fully de, scribed as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Oak Drive distant 423,60 feet southerly
from the extreme southerly end of a curve connecting the southerly side of West Shore
Drive with the easterly side of Oak Drive as measured along same; sain point also lying
where the division line between lot 15 and 16 intersects with the easterly side of Oak
Drive;
RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning South 70 degrees 30 minutes East
along said division line a distance of 165 feet;
THENCE South 19 degrees 30 minutes West along an unnamed road a distance of 90
feet to the division line between lot 18 and 19;
THENCE North 70 degrees 30 minutes West along last mentioned division line for a
distance of 165 feet to the easterly side of Oak Drive;
THENCE North 19 degrees 30 minutes East along the easterly side of Oak Drive a
distance 90 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
