Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated
6/26/1980, recorded 7/10/1980 in Liber 8850 at Page 205.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to
said premises,
TO HA VE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part, covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will
apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same
for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.

Schedule A (Description)
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected, situate, lying and being at Laurel; in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New
York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southerly side of a private road known as Laurel Way where
the same is intersected by the division line between the hereinafter described premises and
the lands now or formerly of Clarence N. Schimpf; running thence along said land South 26°
17' 10" West 180.0 feet to land of Sladon; running thence along said land North 63° 42' 50"
West 85 feet; thence North 12° 49' 40" East 193.46 feet to the Southerly side of said Laurel
Way; thence along said Southerly side of Laurel Way three (3) courses and distances as
follows: (1) South 79° 12' 50" East a distance of 11 feet; thence (2) South 59° 54' 30" East a
distance of 60 feet; and thence (3) South 56° 54' 30" East of distance of 60 feet to the point
or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with the non-exclusive easement and right of way over the private road
bounding said property on the Nodh 15 feet in width which widens to a width of 25 feet as
the same winds and turns Northwesterly, Southwesterly and North-easterly through the land
of Conkling to the land of other owners; and thence Northerly over the extensions thereof,
20 feet in width to the public highway known as South Avenue.
