FERGUSON, his wife and WALTON FERGUSON as Trustee under the last Will and Testament of Edmund M. Ferguson, deceased, JOSEPHINE Be FERGUSON, widow of Edmund M. Ferguson, deceased, JOHN M. FERGUSON, unmarried, MARTHA R. FERGUSON, unmarried, and HELEN M. FERGUSON, unmarried parties of the first part, and THE UVITED STATES OF AMERICA, partq of the second part. WITNESSETH, that WHEREAS the said Edmund M. Ferguson and Josephine E. Ferguson, his wife, and Walton Ferguson and Julia L. Ferguson his wife, by deed dated October 8', in the year nineteen hundred and two, did convey unto Robert H. Sayre of South Bethlehem, County of Northampton and State of Pennsylvania, certain premises hereinafter described by a certain deed dated as above, which was recorded in the Suffolk CountyfOlerk's office, in Liber 527 of Deedd page 360 on the 17th day of October 1902, at nine o'clock A. M. said certain premises situated upon Fisher's Island, County of Suff- olk and State of New York, and WHEREAS said deed contained certain covenantsrand agreements running with the land, which said covenants and agreements will more fully appear in said deed so recorded and in the copy thereof hereunto annexed and made part hereof. NOW, THEREFORE, THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part hereto for and in consideration of One dollar and other valuable considerations lawful money of the United States, paid by the The United States of America, party of the second part, hereto. do hereby remise, release and forever quit claim unto said United States of America, party of the second part hereto, its successors and assigns, ALL that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, situate lying and being on Fisher's Island, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows :- BEGINNINO at a mere stone on the northerly side of Equestrian 2 Avenue, which is at the southwesterly corner of tract No. 1 purchased from E. M. & W. Ferguson, deed dated September 7, 1901 btr. R. P. Linderman, from said mere stone the line runs in a northwesterly direction along the westerly line ofsaid R. P. Linderman four hundred one and five tenths ( 401 .5 ) feet to the shores of Fisher's Island Sound, then the line extends in. a southwesterly direction along the shore of Fishers Island Sound five hundred fifty three ( 553 ) feet more or less, then the line extends in a southeasterly direction three hundred thriteen ( 313 ) feet to a mere stone on Equestrian Avenue; then the line deflects tothe left 730 15' and extends one hundred twelve and four tenths (112.4) feet in a northeasterly direction to a mere stone on said Avenue; then the line deflects to the left 33° 03' and extends two hundred and sixty nine and eight tenths ( 269.9 ) feet to a mere stone on said Avenue; then the line deflects to the right 240 36' and extends ninety one and two tenths ( 91.2 ) feet to point of beginning. TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the right, estate and title of the parties of the first part in and to said premises, free and clear and unencumbered of any covenants and restrictions affecting said premises above described. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above mentioned and describ- ed premises unto the said United States of America party of the second part, its successors and assigns forever, free and clear and unencumbered of any restrictions and covenants as mentioned or reserved in said deed. Ferguson who are personally known to me and known to me to be the individuals described in and who executed the foregoing instrument and they then and there acknowledged to me that they executed the said instrument for the purposes therein mentioned. Ferguson, duly acknowledged to me in due form of law that they executed the same, and acknowledged the execution of the within paper, to wit :- a quit claim deed to the United States of America to be their act II and deed, desiring the same recorded as such.
