between the TOWN OF SOUTHOLD, a municipal corporation of the
State of New York, having its office and principal place of business at
53095 Main Road, Southold, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York
11971, and GAlL ROSCHEN, Certified Court Reporter, residing at 87
Hempstead Drive, Sound Beach, New York 11789.
WHEREAS the Town of Southold wishes to engage the services of
Gall Roschen, Certified Court Reporter, who will personally, or by
her agent, provide court reporting services to the Town of Southold
Justice Court; and
WHEREAS, Gail Roschen has agreed to perform services as a,
Certified Court Reporter to the Southold Town Justice Court; NOW. THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
1. Wednesday sessions, and all other sessions for Judge Evans,
will be $125.00 per appearance from 9:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., or any
part thereof. If an extra session is required after u,:00 P.M., there
will be an additional fee of $~0.00 for two hours or any part thereof.
2. Jury trials will be $125.00. If an extra session is
required after ~,:00 P.M., there will be an additional fee of $50.00
for two hours or any part thereof.
3. If a jury trial is cancelled, unless u,8 hours
given, there will be a fee of $75.00.

5. There will be a $3.00 per page fee for any transcript of
proceedings required by the Town.
6. The above services will
