THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION WAS
ADOPTED BY THE SOUTHOLD TOWN BOARD AT A REGULAR MEETING
HELD ON DECEMBER 22. 1998:
RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby authorizes
and directs Supervisor Jean W. Cochran to sign a Subordination Agreement
between the Town of Southold, the Country of Suffolk and the Flatbush
Federal Savings and Loan Association, as part of the Town of Southold's
Community Development - Housing Rehabilitation Program.
