Strong Dear Mr. Cuddy: We are in the process of deadfiling all applications on file in our office which are no longer necessary under the new Master Plan and which have been for some time inactive. As you may know, the Marine I Zoning Regulations, Article XII, Section 100-121A, as adopted by the Town Board on Janu- ary 10, 1989 under Local Law No. 1-1989, does list boatyards, boat and marine engine repair, sales and display as permitted uses. Therefore, your application for an interpretation under the prior zoning code provisions has been withdrawn (as requested by your February 28, 1989 correspondence). If you find it necessary to reactivate the same at any time in the future by amendment or substitution, requiring action by the Board of Appeals, please do so in writing, stating your reasons therefor and furnishing proof of re-notification to abutting property owners. Are we trying to create a constant flow of heavy traffic to and from Marina's? I can't wait.
