waterfront property in Mattituck, the tax map number of which is: Dist. 1000, Sec. 107,
Block 3, Lot 15.
The object of inspection is the probability of receiving permits to build a dock at
this property.
Enclosed are a letter of permission from the property owner, a sub-division map
of the property, and a check in the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00).

Dear Mr. Albee:
The Board of Trustees reviewed your request for a pre-submission inspection to
determine the probability of constructing a docking facility at the above-referenced
location, and determined the proposed dock location is prohibited under Chapter 275-
1 lC(2)(b) - Dock locations and lengths.
No new docks will be permitted over vegetated wetlands or such that it causes
habitat fragmentation of vegetated wetlands in the following areas: Down's Creek,
Hallock's Bay, Hashamomuck Creek and Pond, Long Creek (branch of Mattituck Creek,
East of Grand Avenue bridge), Pipe's Cove Creek and West Creek.
