said Lot being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Wunneweta Road, distant 550 feet
more or less southerly from the extreme southerly end of the arc of a curve
connecting the southerly side of Broadwaters Road with the westerly side of
Wunneweta Road;
