WITNESSETH, that the party of the fu'st part, in consideration of

paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors

now or formerly of Ernest Richter, North 7 degrees 07 minutes 40 seconds East, 127.24 feet to the southerly side of Front
Street; running thence aloeg the southerly s~de of Front Street, North 89 degrees 33 minutes 30 seconds East, 50.40 feet
to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BE{NG AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated May 21, 1994
and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on May 27, 1994 in Liber 11678 page 687.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads

party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.

receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied
