THIS DEED is given in accordance with Suffolk County
Multifaceted Land Preservation Program pursuant to Resolution
No. 459-2001 (5:h RESOLVED clause), in accordance with the
Suffolk County Open Space Preservation Program pursuant to
Resolution No. 762-1986, as corrected by Resolution No. 1212-
1986, and as further clarified by Resolution No. 1266-1989, and
further in accordance with Article XII of the Suffolk County
Charter, as amended and effective December 1, 2007, Resolution
No. 1118-2006, and Resolution No. 216-2010, all on file with the
Clerk of the Suffolk County Legislature, and as approved by the
Suffolk County Department of Parks, Recreation and Conservation
Board of Trustees, in exercise of their duties as authorized by
Suffolk County Resolution No. 762-1986.
BEING AiTD INTENDED to be part of the same premises conveyed
to the party of the first part from William R. Pollert and
Frederick B. Pollert, as Trustees under the Last Will and
Testament of William J. Pollert, deceased, by deed dated June
29, 2005, recorded December 8, 2005 in Liber 12424 Page 292 and
by deed to the party of the first part from William R. Pollert
and Frederick B. Pollert, as Executors under the Last Will and
Testament of Antoinette Pollert, deceased, dated June 29, 2005,
recorded December 8, 2005 in Liber 12424 Page 294.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the party
of the'first part in and to all streets and roads abutting the
above described premises to the center lines thereof, and the
ponds, marshes, rivers, lakes, creeks, waters, and lands under
water located in, upon or adjoining the above described
premises, and all littoral, riparian and shore rights in any
way pertaining or belonging thereto.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, that
the party of the first part has in and to any strips and gores
between the above described parcel and adjoining owners.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;
