and known and designated as lot No. 250 on map entitled, "Amended Map A of Nassau Point",
owned by Nassau Point Club Properties, Inc., situate in the Town of Southold, Long Island, New
York, surveyed June 28, 1922 by Otto W. VanTuyl, C.E. & Surveyor, Greenport, New York, and
filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County, New York, August 16, 1922 as Map
No. 156.
SUBJECT to an easement over a strip of land extending fifteen feet in width along and above
high water mark of waters known as Wunneweta Pond (also known as "The Lagoon") which
shall form part of a common roadway for access to and from the beach to the southward of above
described premises for the benefit of all persons owning lands in said Nassau Point, including the
grantee herein.
Being and intended to be the same premises as described in deed made by Charlotte S. Hooley,
