The Building Dept.received a complaint from a woman who is claiming that work is being done outside all permits at the Vincent Curto property located at 4730 Blue Horizon Bluff,Peconic, SCIW 74-1-35.54. The property owner is apparently digging out from underneath the existing building as if to be replacing the foundation. This is not part of any permit issued by the Board of Trustees,or by the Building Dept. Please investigate as soon as possible. Thank you, Elizabeth Cantrell 54375 MAIN ROAD P0.
