JUDSON CARR, of the Town of Essex, County of Middlesex and State of Connecticut, Executor of the estate of ESTELLA A. HARPER, late of the Town of Essex, County of Middlesex and State of Connecticut, by virtue of authority in the Will of said deceased and in consideration of NO CONSIDERATION received to my full satisfaction of PETER F. HARPER, of 48 Drummer Road, Acton, Massachusetts, do hereby grant, bargain, sell and confirm unto the said PETER F. And the said Grantor does hereby covenant with the said Grantee, his heirs and assigns, that he has full power and authority as Executor aforesaid, to grant and convey the above described premises in manner and form as aforesaid and for himself, his heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns does further covenant to warrant and defend the same to the said Grantee against the claims of any person whomsoever claiming by, from or under him as Executor aforesaid.
