Quartararo, Esq. of this firm, is the Trustee of the Estate, which is owner of the property captioned above. Two separate wetlands permits, #384 dated January 4, 1987 and #2271 dated April 23, 1987, were issued to Nicholas Micciche, the former owner of this property. Both documents grant permission to construct a 3' x 30' catwalk leading to a 3' x 16' ramp leading to a 5' x 40' floating dock. The dock in question is still in existence. We would like to request that the existing permits be issued to the current owner, Estate of Betty R. Deroski Revocable Trust. We would also like to obtain a Certificate of Compliance for the dock. Enclosed is the following: · A signed and notarized Authorization allowiug us to proceed; · Copy of Permit #384 dated January 4, 1987; · Copy of Permit #2271 dated April 23. 1987; · Check # 63147 for $50.00 representing thc fee for transfer of permit. We understand that the next date for inspections is July 14, 2010. We would very much like to request that an inspection be completed on that date.
