Also included as part of the site plan are two additional buildings on site namely the library annex 1,250 sq. ft. proposed to be re-located on site for office space and The Friends of the Library building 657 sq. ft. for retail space. The property is located in the Hamlet Business Zoning District on the north side of Main Street (through street, Traveler Street), approximately 190 feet west of Beckwith Avenue. Status:New Site Plan Action:Review site plan. Recommend to formally accept site plan for review and refer the application to involved interested agencies. Status:Approval Pending Final Inspection Action:Review draft letter. Status:Request for comments by the Zoning Board. Action:Review draft comments to the Zoning Board. Attachments:Draft Memo Bayberry Estates Project name:SCTM#: 1000-55-6-35, 55-6-36, 56- 1-1 Location:on the west side of Laurel Avenue, approximately 150 feet south of Yennecott Drive in Southold Description:This proposal is for a Standard Subdivision of a 50.0609 acre parcel into 18 lots and two (2) open space parcels where the lots range in size from 30,000 square feet to 30,248 square feet, with the open space parcels totaling 35.0227 acres, excluding the wetlands in the R-80 Zoning District.
