ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and
improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in at Nassau Point, or
Little Hog Neck, Town of Southoldl County of'Suffolk and State of New York and
known and designated as part of let 159 and part of lot 160 as shown on a
certain map entitled "Amended Map A of Nassau Point owned by Nassau Point
Club Propedies, Inc., situate in the Town of Southold, Long Island, New York"
filed in the Office of Suffolk County Clerk on August 16, 1922 as Map No. 156
more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point at the intersection formed by the westerly side of. Nassau
Point Road with the southerly line of Lot 159 as shown on aforementioned filed'
map, said point and place of beginning being a distance of 205 feet as measured
in a northerly direction along the westerly line of Nassau Point Road form the
intersection formed by the northerly line of Carrington Road with the westerly line
of Nassau Point Road;
RUNNING THENCE from said point and place of beginning along the southerly
line of lot 159 on the aforementioned filed map South 78 degrees 36 minutes 20
seconds West a distance of 233.15 feet to a point;
THENCE North 01 degrees 06 minutes 30 seconds East through lots 159 and
160 on the aforementioned map a distance of 204.8'6 to a Point on the northerly

THENCE Easterly along the northerly line of lot 160 on the aforementioned map
