particularly bounded and described on Schedule A hereto as Parcel I and Parcel II.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE (i) in the case of said Parcel I the same premises conveyed to Paul D. Vartanian
as the second described parcel in the deed from Carl J. Schmid and Flora T. Schmid, dated December 31,1980
and recorded in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on January 13, 1981 in Liber 8943 page 32, and (ii) in the
case of said Parcel II the same premises conveyed to Christabel Vartanian by deed from Elizabeth C. Noyes,
dated April 12, 1982 and recorded in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on July 23, 1982 in Liber 9215 page
563.
SUBJECT TO, in the case of said Parcel II, a Conservation Easement recorded in the Office of the Suffolk County
Clerk on September 27, 2002 in Liber 12211 page 740.

AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first
part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first
to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.

of North Dumpling Light in Fishers Island Sound); and
RUNNING THENCE along land now or formerly of Elizabeth C. Noyes the following two
