Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, and being more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southeasterly side of Robinson Road where the same is intersected by
the northeasterly line of land now or formerly of Douglas R. Barnard, Trustee for the ~lessica W.
Barnard Qualified Personal Residence Trust;
RUNNING THENCE the following two (2) courses and distances along the southeasterly side of
Robinson Road:
1. Northeasterly along the southeasterly side of Robinson Road along an arc of a curve beadng to
the left having a radius of 177.00 feet and a length of 45.44 feet;
2. North 52 degrees 22 minutes 50 seconds East, 155.22 feet to land now or formerly of Robert .1.

THENCE along said land now or formerly of Robert .1. Scalia and Linda Scalia, South 43 degrees 40
