She continues to plan leadership classes and will resume when more youth attend. Once Barbara determines the current active membership of YAC, she may solicit more participation. The YAC is planning a visit to the Garance gallery in New Suffolk. · Events- Karen reported that there are preliminary plans for an intergenerational event in the fall, details to follow. · Surveys-Phillip distributed a preliminary analysis of surveys from youth and adults. The responses from surveys will be utilized for future planning efforts. The survey for adults remains on the Town's website. Suggestion made to issue press release to school newspapers regarding survey results as well as a story/photo of current YAC membership. · Resource Directory-no report. Phillip will speak with Irene to schedule a meeting. Presentation: Richard Hillary spoke to the Board regarding his years of service providing recreational and educational opportunities to youth. Frequently his offerings include open space stewardship programs.
