Minutes accepted with correction of spelling of Fulfort.
COMMITTEE REPORTS:
BROCHURE: Audrey Horton is still working on it.
LETTERS TO THE EDITOR: Merle Levine to Dan's Paper.
SCHOOL REPORTS:
SOUTHOLD: Jean Le Pre, Eleanor Lingo, Mike Domino
Attended School Board Meeting on Oct. 1, 2009
Mr. Gamberg was very accepting, would like to find
Diversity teachers. Invited Eleanor Lingo to come and
Speak with the children about her decorating the slave
For 36 years, as reported on the McNeil Lehrer program.
GREENPORT: Cindy Smith reported that Mr. Camando agreed to

students, exept the elementary, level. Rev. Heyward will
join the committee. Carolyn Peabody and the Researcher
met with the Superintendent of Greenport and the Principal
and Superintendent of Southold.
MATTITUCK: Meeting reported in the Suffolk Times.
OYSTERPONDS: Merle Levine and Rev. Heyward will set up a meeting.
SOUTHOLD TOWN COMMUNITY PICNIC - In the planning stages.

POLICE REPORT: School is handling incident reported.
Increase patrols of areas __ Mitchell Park, Marina,
Greenport Harbor
Graffiti reported: "Hitler was here and Mexicans helped."
